  • Pricing can depend on whether commercial, residential, one off test, full demolition surveys or renovation works. Please make contact and we can provide you with accurate quotations. For a one off test pricing starting from $175+GST

  • We carry out private works with homeowners, and contracted works through insurance companies, demolition contractors, government organisations and construction companies.

  • We work with industry-leading asbestos removal companies and can help you source quotations for your specific removal requirements.

  • PAC operates in full compliance with WorkSafe New Zealand, Health and Safety at Work (Asbestos) Regulations 2016, and equivalent Pacific regional standards.

  • Don’t disturb it. Avoid vacuuming, drilling, or breaking the material. Contact PAC for advice or sampling — we’ll safely confirm whether asbestos is present and guide you on next steps.
